What you will do

• Perform routine LC-MS/MS assays, including peptide mapping, intact mass analysis, and protein or small-molecule quantitation.
• Prepare samples, standards, mobile phases, buffers, and other laboratory solutions.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and monitor LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and UHPLC systems according to SOPs.
• Review, interpret, organize, and document analytical data and laboratory records.
• Perform system suitability and QC checks, identify unexpected results, and troubleshoot basic instrument or method issues.
• Support method optimization, validation activities, laboratory organization, and cross-functional project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and workflows, as well as HPLC or UHPLC systems.
• Experience with protein and peptide characterization, sample preparation, data analysis, and biological or chemical sample matrices.
• Familiarity with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA and ICH guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, organization, communication, and independent working skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and use laboratory software and data management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with LC-MS/MS quantitation using MRM or SIR acquisition modes.
• Knowledge of peptide synthesis, purification techniques, protein chemistry, and post-translational modifications.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
• HPLC certification.
