Social First Art Director (AI)

What you will do

• Develop platform-native visual assets for Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Track social trends, platform updates, cultural moments, and audience behavior to inform creative strategy.
• Concept, storyboard, design, and direct social-first video content.
• Partner with marketing program managers, copywriters, designers, editors, and producers.
• Apply generative image, video, and motion tools to accelerate concepting and production.
• Iterate rapidly based on priorities, requirements, performance insights, and platform opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in art direction and social media content creation.
• Daily proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for Mac, TikTok, Meta, and native platform creation tools.
• Strong understanding of social media behaviors, formats, and platform algorithms.
• Portfolio demonstrating art direction, conceptual work, and high-quality social and digital content.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an integrated multidisciplinary creative team.
