What you will do

• Concept and sell integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, experiential, content, PR, influencer, and brand film.
• Develop ideas that earn attention and create presentation decks for client approval.
• Own art direction across casting, editing, music, typography, thumbnails, visual details, and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, influencer, and production teams to deliver integrated work.
• Manage several projects simultaneously, direct junior creatives, and align creative leaders.
• Maintain creative quality through production, communications planning, launch, and case-study development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a creative role with a track record of ideas launched publicly.
• Portfolio showing shipped work; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Ability to manage details, adapt to pivots, and work with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• AI fluency and strong judgment about effective AI use versus low-quality AI-generated work.

Nice to have

• Deep internet fluency, distinctive taste, and insight into online communities and culture.
• Side projects or work outside the candidate’s primary job scope.
• Experience creating purposeful work with a positive real-world impact.
