What you will do

• Lead concept development, art direction, and design across projects of varied scope, complexity, and channels.
• Develop cohesive multichannel creative that meets brand, strategic, and business objectives.
• Present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor workloads and estimate hours for direct reports to protect quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with planning, UX, development, account management, product management, production, and studio teams.
• Mentor junior creatives and contribute to new business efforts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong conceptual, art direction, and design skills across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign.
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations, pharmaceutical promotion requirements, marketing principles, and brand standards.
• Ability to create clear data visualizations from complex scientific information and apply accessibility best practices.
• Experience mentoring creatives, managing workloads, presenting ideas, and building multichannel creative portfolios.

Nice to have

• Experience with launches, label updates, and a broad range of industry projects.
• Interest and experience in using emerging AI tools to support creative work.
