Registered Nurse Inpatient-Delnor Neurology Unit Full Time Nights

Location: 300 Randall Rd., Geneva, Illinois, United States. Onsite night schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., every third weekend, and rotating holidays.

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill inpatient neurology patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
• Direct and delegate care appropriately to assistants involved in direct patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Document care, patient responses, communications, and updates to the plan of care in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Availability for three 12-hour night shifts per week, every third weekend, and rotating holidays.
