Senior Clinical Trial Associate (Sr. CTA) NX-1607

Location: Onsite in Brisbane, California, United States

Salary: $134,500–$146,600 annually for roles based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you will do

• Own study Trial Master File plans end-to-end, including development, tracking, essential document management, and archiving.
• Lead TMF quality reviews and resolve discrepancies directly with CRO partners.
• Draft and finalize study plans, manuals, case report forms, and patient materials with minimal oversight.
• Manage clinical supply and laboratory sample coordination, identifying risks before escalation.
• Own data reconciliation issues across systems and involve Data Management when needed.
• Represent Clinical Operations in team and Investigator Meetings, mentor junior CTAs, and contribute to training materials and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a science-related field.
• 3–5+ years of Clinical Operations or clinical research experience.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a TMF or vendor relationship.
• Ability to resolve routine CRO and vendor issues independently.
• Experience mentoring or informally guiding junior team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
