Clinical Data Science Lead (Clinical Data Science)

Location: Mexico or Colombia; hybrid or remote. Approximately 15% domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead clinical data science activities across the study lifecycle, including data review and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate timelines and key deliverables with clients, vendors, external customers, and internal departments.
• Perform analytic reviews focused on errors that may affect subject safety or interpretation of final analyses.
• Plan and oversee budgets, hours, resourcing, data review, analytics, and data deliverables.
• Support clinical system development, clinical risk management, sponsor audits, and cross-functional global collaboration.
• Track and escalate issues affecting project dates, scope, budget, or operational plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of clinical data management experience in a clinical research organisation or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and managing timelines.
• Experience across the clinical data science lifecycle and major clinical data science study tasks.
• Proficiency in at least one clinical data management system, such as Medidata Rave, Inform, Oracle Clinical, or Veeva.
• Experience in data analytics and data validation, with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent. Fluent English and the host-country language are required.
