TL;DR
Country Manager (Mexico) (HR/Healthcare Technology): Managing day-to-day HR, compliance, and people operations for Mexico-based employees with an accent on employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, and statutory compliance. Focus on executing country-level HR operations, coordinating with offshore teams and local vendors, and ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law.
Location: Hybrid position based in Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day HR, compliance, and people operations for Mexico.
- Coordinate hiring support, vendor relationships, offer administration, onboarding, and registration of new hires with IMSS and SAT.
- Partner with payroll providers on payroll processing, tax documentation, social security contributions, statutory deductions, and employee benefits.
- Serve as the onsite contact for HR, Finance, Legal, and operational matters while coordinating with offshore GDC teams.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement, career development, exits, settlements, deregistration, access deactivation, and benefits closure.
- Support organizational change, retention-risk management, learning coordination, SOP implementation, governance, and compliance controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of HR experience, with progressive responsibility and a strong background in employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and policy execution.
- Experience working in multifunctional or matrixed environments; country-level HR delivery experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, judgment, discretion, and vendor-management skills.
- Spanish: native or fluent required.
- English: professional working proficiency required.
