Staff Product Designer (Enterprise AI)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop web applications.
• Lead product design across new and established products in the AI for Enterprise Data business unit, including insurance AI and document processing tools.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Operations, and customers to solve product and business challenges.
• Advocate for users as the founding designer of the business unit and identify product gaps.
• Contribute to the company-wide design system and interaction patterns.
• Prioritize and execute work rapidly across ambiguous, high-scope initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web applications.
• Extremely high proficiency in Figma and the ability to execute quickly.
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, domain-specific editors, and forms.
• Understanding of front-end development processes for web interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including customer-facing meetings.
• Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of product design projects.
