Parking Enforcement Supervisor - Winnipeg

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada; onsite role with field and office work

Salary: CA$20.72–CA$21.78 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise parking enforcement officers and oversee field operations in the Enforcement Manager’s absence.
• Audit, coach, and report on officer performance, productivity, policy adherence, and KPI results.
• Monitor operational efficiency, ticket activity, routes, locations visited, and enforcement outcomes.
• Collect and analyze enforcement data and prepare reports on citations, productivity, and operational metrics.
• Support enforcement strategies, policy updates, technology implementation, and equipment and vehicle inventory coordination.
• Conduct safety, enforcement, customer service, and technology training while maintaining current SOPs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in parking enforcement, law enforcement, or public safety, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of local parking regulations and enforcement procedures.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with handheld enforcement devices and software applications.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work outdoors with frequent standing and walking.
