Senior Art Director (AI)

What you will do

• Lead art direction and visual development for integrated campaigns and customer communications across digital, print, motion, and video.
• Develop creative concepts and cohesive visual systems across customer journey stages.
• Remain hands-on from concept development and design exploration through final execution and production.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, creative directors, marketing, product, digital, compliance, and legal teams.
• Translate business objectives, customer insights, and regulated information into clear, compelling, accurate, and accessible creative.
• Use generative AI and AI-enabled creative tools to support concept development, visual exploration, and production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional art direction and design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and polished execution across multiple channels.
• Experience with integrated campaigns, digital marketing, email, and lifecycle communications.
• Strong command of typography, layout, imagery, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-enabled creative tools with sound judgment regarding brand standards and quality.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
