Art Director

Location: Boston, MA; hybrid schedule with in-person work three days a week

Salary: $87,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity grant and other benefits.

What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns for broadcast television, social media, static graphics, motion, and video.
• Present creative concepts to Brand Creative Directors, stakeholders, and C-suite leadership, incorporating feedback.
• Manage productions from planning through delivery and provide creative direction for photo and video shoots.
• Lead design direction and maintain brand consistency across the marketing funnel.
• Collaborate with marketing partners, writers, strategists, producers, designers, and creative leaders.
• Review campaign data and results to improve future creative projects.

Requirements

• BA in Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience concepting, developing, and executing content for top-tier brands or entertainment properties.
• Strong conceptual and design skills with experience in art direction, design development, and visual storytelling.
• Fluency in Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience producing broadcast work and social films, preferably in a top-tier agency or in-house environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, communicate effectively, and travel when required.
