Graphic Designer (AI)

hirify.global was founded by the creators and core maintainers of vLLM to make AI inference cheaper and faster.

What you will do

• Own the visual system for vLLM and hirify.global across launches, technical content, partnerships, events, presentations, websites, social, documentation, and merchandise.
• Create technical diagrams, architecture flowcharts, campaign assets, announcement kits, social cards, booth graphics, presentation templates, and print-ready collateral.
• Build, publish, and maintain live website pages in Webflow, including event pages, partnership pages, blog templates, careers pages, product pages, and conference sites.
• Develop reusable Figma components, brand guidelines, diagram libraries, templates, and design request processes for engineers and marketers.
• Partner with engineers, product teams, technical product marketing, and design agencies to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual communication.
• Define the future direction of the vLLM and hirify.global visual identities, including motion, video, conference branding, and design capacity planning.

Requirements

• Strong working proficiency in Figma for brand systems, technical diagrams, reusable components, and marketing design.
• Strong working proficiency in Webflow, including building, publishing, and maintaining live pages without developer assistance.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical diagrams, architecture flowcharts, and brand identities for developer, infrastructure, AI, or B2B technology products.
• Experience creating launch graphics, partner assets, social cards, presentation templates, event graphics, booth files, and print-ready collateral.
• Ability to translate technical concepts from engineers and product teams into polished visual communication.
• Strong systems mindset and experience creating templates, libraries, guidelines, intake processes, and reusable design infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI, developer tools, cloud, infrastructure, open-source software, or other technical products.
• Experience owning visual systems across web, decks, events, social, documentation, and merchandise.
• Experience with design agencies, motion, video, technical illustration, conference branding, or developer-facing data visualization.
• Experience building a design system or brand function from 0 to 1 at a high-growth startup.
• Comfort using modern AI design tools to accelerate ideation, asset production, and iteration.
