Endpoint Systems Administrator (ACAS)

What you will do

• Hunt, triage, track, and drive remediation of ACAS vulnerability findings across managed endpoints.
• Coordinate remediation timelines with the Enterprise Patch Management team and established patch cycles.
• Act as the liaison between patch management and Customer Support Technicians for local or hands-on remediation.
• Support endpoint version control and software compliance using Tanium or equivalent tools.
• Troubleshoot nonstandard endpoint issues and communicate with customers to confirm remediation.
• Document remediation actions, report aging or at-risk findings, and escalate systemic compliance gaps.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in endpoint systems administration, vulnerability management, or related IT work.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required to start.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required, such as CompTIA Security+ CE.
• Working knowledge of ACAS, Nessus, or similar vulnerability-scanning and remediation tools.
• Understanding of patch management, endpoint configuration, and compliance practices.
• Ability to work on-site at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tanium Comply, Deploy, Patch, or Connect modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, nonrepeatable endpoint issues independently.
• Familiarity with DoD or federal compliance frameworks, STIGs, and ACAS reporting standards.
• Experience in matrixed, enterprise, or customer-facing IT environments.
