Lead UX/UI Designer

What you will do

• Establish, maintain, and communicate the UI direction for the project.
• Collaborate with artists and programmers to achieve strong visual quality within technical constraints.
• Support, inspire, and coach UI artists through clear direction and feedback.
• Define and prioritize artistic milestones and the UI team's workload.
• Track delivery quality and deadlines while improving team methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• College or university degree in graphic design, game art, illustration, or equivalent training.
• At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or artist, including leading a team on a project.
• Strong knowledge of art, visual communication, design principles, and artistic techniques from previsualization to color correction.
• Creative mindset with strong ideation, innovation, UX, and visual problem-solving skills.
• Versatility across different visual styles and genres.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or print design.
• Positive leadership style with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and inspire the team.
• Experience with production scheduling and balancing creative constraints.
• Ability to think both synthetically and analytically.
