UX/UI Designer (Contract)

Location: Montréal, Canada; hybrid

Salary: $35–$40 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Define UI/UX scope and impact for assigned game project briefs.
• Gather feature requirements with design, art, and technology leads.
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI assets, interaction designs, visual designs, and specifications.
• Present design solutions and rationale during milestone reviews.
• Audit game flows and propose targeted UX improvements.
• Hand off completed design assets and documentation to internal production teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UI and/or UX design experience.
• Expertise with industry design tools, including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to transform complex information into user-friendly UI solutions.
• Experience with inclusive design and advocacy.
• Strong visual design skills and strong oral and written communication.
