Senior Paid Search Strategist (Digital Marketing)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be located in the USA; core collaboration hours apply.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute SEM strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, budget planning, forecasting, and testing-roadmap development.
• Write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare quarterly business reports.
• Communicate with clients, present results and recommendations, and address campaign questions.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising certifications.
• Marketing agency experience, strong analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, and leadership or team management experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• SEO proficiency.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
