Operations Associate - Covenants

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; office-based role

What you will do

• Handle client queries related to covenant analysis and track request status across hirify.global teams.
• Follow compliance processes for private documents and related analysis.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver effective client service.
• Maintain internal reporting documentation and monitor fixed-income deal flow and related materials.
• Coordinate with offshore data teams and colleagues in London and the USA on workflows and data initiatives.
• Support legal analysts, credit analysts, and journalists on editorial content, data projects, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills with careful attention to detail.
• Interest in financial services, legal documentation, and/or financial data.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet client deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems, tools, processes, and industry concepts.
• Proactive, collaborative, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Interest in using AI for data extraction and process automation.
