Equipment Operator I (Receiving Warehouse)

What you will do

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory and materials.
• Load and unload trucks, receive and inspect incoming materials, and organize stock.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage orders for shipment or plant use.
• Deliver materials to designated plant locations and support efficient material flow.
• Provide backup receiving support by entering data into inventory and receiving systems.
• Verify shipments, report discrepancies, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep work areas safe and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience operating equipment such as forklifts.
• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory or receiving systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, safety practices, and material handling processes.

• Experience with industrial or electrical materials.
