Senior Analytics Engineer

What you will do

• Own the delivery of coherent, high-quality analytics products across multiple healthcare solutions.
• Define and enforce analytics standards, ways of working, and quality expectations.
• Scope and sequence work across parallel solution analytics workstreams.
• Lead solution analytics leads and keep the team focused and unblocked.
• Partner with data platform, data engineering, BI engineering, product, and architecture teams on BI and semantic foundations.
• Contribute hands-on as an individual contributor when complex work requires direct involvement.

Requirements

• Experience owning and shipping analytics or data programs across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Strong analytical rigor and hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, modern data warehouses, and BI.
• Ability to build repeatable processes, standards, and governance for a technical function.
• Experience influencing platform, engineering, architecture, and other cross-functional partners.
• Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and scale proven ways of working across teams and solutions.

Nice to have

• Healthcare domain expertise, including operational data, clinical workflows, hospital operations, or healthcare measurement.
• Experience scaling an analytics function at a growing company.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric governance, or semantic layer concepts.
• Experience with dbt, Sigma, and knowledge management systems for metric definitions and analytical decisions.
• Exposure to AI-enabled, natural-language, or agentic analytics workflows.
