Support Consultant - French Market (10 am - 19 pm)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine — hybrid work; working hours are 10:00–19:00. Occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe may be required.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, telephone, and email.
• Support reselling partners and end-users by diagnosing issues and providing clear solutions.
• Collect relevant customer information and document support cases in the CRM according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments and escalate customer feedback when needed.
• Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• French and Ukrainian at B2 level in speaking and writing.
• Intermediate English for internal communication.
• Logical, analytical, multitasking, and empathetic approach.
