Backend Developer (Python/Java/C#)

hirify.global España is building a newly created business in Madrid and delivering technology solutions across a range of business functions, including financial services.

What you will do

• Own technical products and engineering projects from start to finish.
• Work with business functions and clients to understand underlying business needs beyond stated requirements.
• Challenge existing systems and processes through technical excellence and innovation.
• Apply programming and system design expertise to solve complex engineering and business problems.
• Track industry and technology trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Recent programming experience with Java, C#/.NET, Python, C++, or another object-oriented language.
• Strong programming, technology, and system design skills.
• Experience working with SQL databases and Azure or AWS.
• Ability to take ownership of engineering projects, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate effectively.
• Bachillerato grades of 9.0 or above and at least 7.0 in a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, hard science, or a related field from a top university.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience.
