SEO Content Strategist (AI): Owning end-to-end B2B content strategy across blogs, guides, landing pages, emails, case studies, and resources with an accent on AI-engine discovery, third-party platforms, first-party data, and pipeline generation. Focus on building lightweight content and lead-capture tools, analyzing performance, expanding on-page and off-page SEO, and measuring leads, pipeline, and AI visibility.
Location: Remote; listed locations include South Africa, Jordan, Poland, the Philippines, and Spain. Remote-first work supports working from anywhere.

What you will do
- Own the content strategy across blogs, guides, landing pages, emails, case studies, and resources.
- Develop content discovery strategies for AI engines and platforms such as YouTube and Reddit, alongside traditional search.
- Use first-party data and analytics to identify effective content and prioritize opportunities that generate leads and pipeline.
- Build lightweight AI-powered tools for content creation and lead capture.
- Partner with the Technical SEO Lead on keyword and topic alignment while managing designers, writers, and other contributors.
- Build on-page and off-page SEO, including internal linking, link building, and third-party brand mentions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SEO or content experience in B2B, with a strong understanding of B2B fundamentals.
- AI-first approach with hands-on use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity; experience with AI-visibility tools is beneficial.
- Ability to build lightweight tools independently without waiting for engineering support.
- Commercial mindset focused on leads and pipeline rather than traffic and rankings alone.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and own deliverables end to end in a fast-changing environment.
Nice to have
- Experience creating localized or international content for EMEA, MENA, or GCC markets.
- Familiarity with remote work, HR, payroll, or compliance topics.
