Working Student—Alumni Relations

Location: Munich or Düsseldorf, Germany. Hybrid work combining on-site and remote work is available.

hirify.global is a global strategy consulting firm with a Human Resources function supporting recruiting, career development, training, mobility, staffing, and alumni relations.

What you will do

• Support the Alumni Relations team in day-to-day activities.
• Manage communication and marketing activities across the end-to-end alumni journey.
• Prepare newsletters, event communications, and other alumni-facing content.
• Support alumni network activities and coordinate multiple projects in parallel.
• Work with colleagues across the Central Europe Alumni Relations team.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with at least one year of study remaining at the start date.
• Experience or interest in communications, student networks, or event organization.
• Experience with Excel, databases, data management, and the MS Office package.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive personal data responsibly and maintain high-quality standards.
• Very good German and English language skills are required.
