Software Engineer - Container Fabric (Kubernetes)

Estimated base pay: $126,000–$158,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for a corporate bonus plan.

What you will do

• Build, operate, and improve a large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure platform.
• Develop internal tooling and automation to reduce manual work and streamline platform delivery.
• Manage Day 1 and Day 2 operations for Kubernetes clusters using modern scaling frameworks.
• Maintain production environments and support platform availability, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in high-severity incident response and operational improvement.

Requirements

• Professional background in DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience managing production environments and resolving high-severity incidents.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes primitives, including Deployments, StatefulSets, and Services.
• Hands-on experience building custom Kubernetes Operators.
• Strong Golang skills for systems programming and infrastructure automation.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Karpenter or Cluster API for cloud-native autoscaling.
• Familiarity with Helm and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
