Analyst II, Analytical Development

What you will do

• Perform PCR, ELISA, chromatography, and cell-based analytical testing for analytical development, process development, research, and quality control projects.
• Support analytical method development and product characterization activities.
• Prepare laboratory reagents, biological assay standards, and controls for routine testing and development work.
• Maintain, calibrate, and verify laboratory equipment and manage laboratory consumable stock.
• Review assay sheets, laboratory notebooks, and GMP documentation.
• Train team members in equipment operation and maintenance while following laboratory SOPs and safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with one or more of cell culture, ELISA, PCR, or chromatography.
• Interest in biological science; experience in a GMP laboratory environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing workloads.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A Biological Sciences BSc degree is preferred.
