Teamlead Physical AI Data Operations - RoboGym (Robotics)

hirify.global develops physical AI and cognitive robotics, including NEURAGym, a network of physical training centers where robots learn industrial tasks from experienced human operators.

What you will do

• Lead experienced data operators and interns in the NEURAGym data production environment.
• Run and continuously optimize shop-floor processes, documentation, data quality, and project execution standards.
• Define and track KPIs to improve production efficiency, shift schedules, workplace design, and operational blockers.
• Organize structured meetings to support knowledge sharing and resolve current operational issues.
• Coordinate operator deployment for data collection campaigns with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Support hiring, candidate evaluation, stakeholder communication, and skills development planning.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, mechatronics, robotics, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Experience managing teams in a production environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with technical topics and understanding robotics and AI development challenges.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with C++ and Python.
• Experience with embedded computing, real-time operating systems, and networking stacks.
• Experience with robotics, AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
