Risk & Payment Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Process withdrawal requests across multiple iGaming brands, platforms, and back offices in line with approved procedures and SLA.
• Review player transaction history, balances, bonus activity, KYC status, payment ownership, internal limits, and previous risk cases.
• Approve withdrawals, apply limits, initiate additional checks, or escalate cases within assigned authority.
• Conduct KYC reviews and verify bank cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment methods, including SOF/SOW documentation.
• Identify bonus abuse, multi-accounting, account takeover, payment fraud, suspicious activity, and other risk indicators.
• Coordinate with PSPs, Helpdesk, Customer Support, VIP teams, and Fraud Prevention while documenting decisions and escalations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant iGaming experience in withdrawals, KYC, Risk, Payments, AML, or Fraud Prevention.
• Practical knowledge of KYC, AML, Source of Funds, and Source of Wealth checks.
• Experience reviewing withdrawal requests, verifying payment ownership, and identifying third-party payments.
• Ability to analyse player financial profiles and make evidence-based decisions under time pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate case documentation, and correct escalation of high-risk cases.
• English at B2 level or higher and readiness to work 12-hour day and night shifts.
