Lead ML Engineer (AI)

Location: Colombia or Chile; remote/office work arrangement

What you will do

• Define technical standards and architecture for scalable, reliable end-to-end ML systems.
• Oversee production-ready LLMOps pipelines using MLflow, LangSmith, Langfuse, or Weights & Biases.
• Translate business requirements into ML solutions for NLP, RAG systems, and multimodal models.
• Architect multi-agent systems with LangGraph or CrewAI and advance production-scale agentic AI capabilities.
• Govern CI/CD/CT pipelines, cloud infrastructure, workflow orchestration, monitoring, and security practices.
• Mentor ML Engineers, lead cross-functional collaboration, and shape ML strategy with clients and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong Python proficiency and proven experience building and deploying complex ML systems in production.
• Deep expertise in LLMOps, AgentOps, experiment tracking, and tools including MLflow, Langfuse, LangSmith, and Weights & Biases.
• Experience architecting cloud-based AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with knowledge of CI/CD/CT and workflow orchestration.
• Advanced knowledge of LangGraph or CrewAI and experience designing production multi-agent systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring ML Engineering teams and establishing engineering best practices.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; higher proficiency in spoken and written English.
