System Analyst/Researcher 4G/5G (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Drive and contribute to system studies and research in 5G telecommunications.
• Analyze Radio Resource Management topics, including scheduling, link adaptation, beamforming, carrier aggregation, and fast cell coordination.
• Work with cross-functional development teams on new features, simulations, and technical improvements.
• Contribute to advances in 5G standards, innovation, intellectual property, invention disclosures, and patents.
• Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks and analyze customer configurations and issues.

Requirements

• Background in communications theory.
• Knowledge of 5G specifications, especially L1 or L2, digital signal processing, and Radio Resource Management.
• Analytical mindset, strong capacity, result orientation, and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English required for the English-speaking work environment.
• Experience in systems analysis or a similar telecommunications position is useful.
• Knowledge of C, C++, and/or Java is useful.
