Integration Consulting Senior Specialist (Travel Technology)

Travel technology products and solutions are provided to Travel Sellers and other customers.

What you will do

• Execute implementation and integration activities, manage integration schedules, and conduct product administration sessions with customers.
• Report integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback while meeting operational level agreements and service quality targets.
• Advise customers on cross-functional integrations between product systems and customer systems, including complex and highly complex cases.
• Provide technical and functional support, resolve integration issues, and collaborate with implementation stakeholders.
• Support demonstrations, pre-sales, consultancy activities, and tailored integration solution design.
• Contribute to product migrations, product decommissioning, automation, efficiency, and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Required experience in the travel industry and a strong understanding of the Travel Sellers ecosystem and process flows.
• Fluent English.
• Strong customer focus and a KPI-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and proactivity.
• Technical or functional knowledge of travel products such as NDC, Sell Connect, Robotics, or printing solutions is beneficial.
• Technical knowledge of IT systems or experience integrating software products is beneficial.
