TL;DR
Systems Analyst (Cloud Infrastructure): Structuring requirements, processes, and architecture decisions for cloud infrastructure and internal platform services with an accent on stakeholder alignment, technical documentation, and dependency analysis. Focus on translating business needs into technical specifications, documenting system interactions, and identifying risks before implementation.
Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Georgia, Poland, or Serbia; core collaboration hours are 12:00–6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8).

is a fintech company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
What you will do
- Connect engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders on cloud infrastructure and internal platform initiatives.
- Establish a structured analytical function for infrastructure requirements and decisions.
- Gather, structure, and validate requirements through interviews and working sessions.
- Document current and target-state processes, stakeholder roles, system interactions, and infrastructure services.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, use cases, diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Support initiative breakdown into implementation-ready tasks and document architectural and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst in an engineering or technology environment.
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, structuring, and documentation skills.
- General understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
- Experience describing processes and system interactions with BPMN, UML, C4, or similar methodologies.
- Comfort working with technical documentation, APIs, integrations, and architecture diagrams.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevOps, SRE, or configuration management.
- Knowledge of networking, information security, monitoring, and identity and access management.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, PlantUML, or similar tools.
- Experience with cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, system migration, or internal platform projects.
