Working Student—Travel & Mobility, Finance (all genders)

What you will do

• Administer travel and mobility programs, including company car and mobility initiatives.
• Draft contracts and manage related travel and mobility processes.
• Analyze and process supplier reporting.
• Support weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Assist with negotiation preparation and other administrative tasks.
• Act as a service-oriented contact for internal stakeholders while handling sensitive information confidentially.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in an economics, social sciences, or humanities program at a university.
• Strong affinity for numbers, data, and financial topics.
• Independent, structured, flexible, and service-oriented working style.
• Initial experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent German and good written and spoken English are required.
