AI Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical designs covering data sources, system boundaries, integrations, and access models.
• Assess custom-built versus no-code or low-code agent solutions and design systems that business teams can extend.
• Architect integrations with APIs, scheduled jobs, data platforms, Slack, and other chat surfaces, including migrations from legacy RPA approaches.
• Build Python-based backend integrations, REST and Graph API endpoints, and cron-based automation for frontend consumers.
• Integrate LLM observability and evaluation tooling to monitor groundedness, quality, hallucination risk, and production cost.
• Prototype, present, document, release, support, and iterate live solutions with stakeholders and architecture or compliance review boards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience building applied AI or software solutions in a hands-on engineering role.
• Strong Python skills and experience designing and consuming REST and Graph APIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs and present trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of LLM or agent frameworks and observability tooling such as LangSmith or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure and access-controlled data platforms such as Databricks and Unity Catalog.
• Experience with enterprise agent-builder or search platforms such as Glean.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM evaluation methodologies, including groundedness and hallucination detection.
• Experience integrating Slack or other chat platforms.
• Experience in rapid prototyping or forward-deployed engineering.
