Business Delivery Manager (Fund Management)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting management company operations, including fund accounting, transfer agency, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate internal, external, business, and development teams to align requirements with technical implementation and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
• Oversee system integrations and data flows between third-party providers, asset managers, and regulatory bodies, with a focus on data quality and consistency.
• Manage Azure DevOps work items and support reporting delivery, including validation of functional outputs against business expectations.
• Collaborate with Fund Operations Oversight, Compliance, Risk, Legal, vendors, and service providers to ensure operational suitability and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• Experience in techno-functional business delivery or project management within a regulated management company environment.
• Strong understanding of fund operations, including financial instruments, market data, fund accounting, reporting, and valuation.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg financial regulations and the CSSF framework.
• Ability to act as an interface between business stakeholders and IT or development teams.
• Experience overseeing integrations, data flows, reporting requirements, and compliance of technology solutions.
