Field Service Engineer (Medical Diagnostics)

Location: Singapore; field-based activities and on-site customer support required

What you will do

• Provide customer service and technical support for Leica products across histology, pathology imaging, and advanced staining.
• Support additional operating company products from Cepheid and Radiometer across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Perform field service activities and provide support on site, by phone, email, and remotely.
• Troubleshoot advanced customer complaints independently and work with customers and vendors at business and technical levels.
• Meet service KPIs, maximize system performance, minimize downtime, and improve customer feedback scores.
• Build product knowledge and deliver effective technical solutions in collaboration with other team members.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in computer engineering, biomedical engineering, electronics, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience with medical or life sciences products.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and provide technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Ability to work directly with customers and vendors at both business and technical levels.
