Manufacturing Technician (Semiconductor Equipment) (electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems): Building, repairing, and testing display and wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment with an accent on electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, measurement, and process quality. Focus on diagnosing atypical equipment issues, inspecting parts, conducting vacuum and leak tests, documenting results, and improving manufacturing processes.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; onsite cleanroom work. Relocation eligible: No.

What you will do
- Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
- Perform assembly operations, troubleshoot equipment, identify errors, and complete repairs.
- Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies.
- Record progress, labor, work expenses, test data, and completed work in computer systems.
- Inspect parts, audit inventory availability, and verify completed work against specifications.
- Install software when required and contribute to troubleshooting and process improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in analytical processes and procedures relevant to assigned manufacturing tasks.
- Working knowledge of work assignments and the ability to follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications, and parts lists.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and electro-mechanical equipment.
- Ability to follow safety, security, cleanroom, and protective-equipment requirements.
- Ability to communicate regularly, exchange technical information, and support team objectives.
