What you will do
- Provide basic technical support for infrastructure services and assist with routine operational tasks.
- Participate in infrastructure projects to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge.
- Monitor infrastructure systems and support routine troubleshooting.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Follow established infrastructure service delivery standards under supervision.
Requirements
- Entry-level profile with typically 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong desire to gain experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Continuous learning mindset and interest in current industry knowledge and technology.
- Willingness to develop foundational technical skills and knowledge.
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification.
