What you will do
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise WAN, campus, and branch office networks.
- Support high availability and optimize network operations using AI-empowered tools and NetDevOps practices.
- Generate and refine Python and Shell automation scripts, analyze network logs, and maintain architecture documentation.
- Assist senior architects with network equipment testing, cutovers, and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in short-term regional business travel.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the OSI seven-layer model and TCP/IP, with practical configuration experience equivalent to CCNP/HCIP level.
- Proficient English reading and writing for technical documentation and daily communication.
- Fresh graduates and junior-to-mid-level network engineers are welcome.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, collaboration, learning ability, and adaptability to multitasking.
Nice to have
- Fluent spoken English.
- Experience using mainstream AI large language models and prompt engineering for network or scripting problems.
- Hands-on AI and network automation experience from academic, laboratory, or open-source projects.
