Client Principal, AI Consulting (Energy, Oil & Gas) (AI consulting): Leading AI transformation engagements and enterprise growth for energy operators, oilfield services companies, and energy enterprises with an accent on executive advisory, strategic sales, and production-scale AI solutions. Focus on shaping predictive maintenance, computer vision, safety automation, document processing, and geospatial AI programs while overseeing delivery and cross-functional teams.

What you will do
- Lead market growth, client acquisition, account expansion, and P/L management across the energy sector.
- Advise executive stakeholders on AI adoption, from identifying high-value use cases to scaling solutions in production.
- Build strategic account plans, lead consultative sales conversations, and manage the commercial lifecycle from discovery through executive presentations.
- Shape AI solutions for predictive maintenance, asset monitoring, computer vision inspection, safety and compliance automation, intelligent document processing, and geospatial data pipelines.
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to oversee scope, timelines, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional consultants, data scientists, and engineers while contributing to industry thought leadership and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in energy, oil and gas, or adjacent industrial sectors, including operations and digital transformation.
- Established executive network across energy operators or oilfield services companies.
- Strong business acumen, P/L management experience, and enterprise consulting and commercial experience.
- Technical fluency in AI and machine learning concepts, predictive analytics, and computer vision.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and complex enterprise engagements.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or digital transformation within energy or industrial sectors; a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field is required.
