Director Facility Europe (Facility Management): Defining and driving European facility management strategy across logistics centers, warehouses, headquarters, and offices with an accent on operational resilience, sustainability, governance, and financial planning. Focus on leading international teams, managing multi-million-euro CAPEX and OPEX budgets, guiding Technical Engineering, and building scalable performance frameworks across multiple locations.
Location: Sevenum, near Venlo, Netherlands; regular travel across European sites and onsite presence in Sevenum required

What you will do
- Define and implement a European Facility Management strategy supporting growth, operational resilience, and sustainability.
- Lead and develop the international Facility Management organization, including governance, accountability, and local team empowerment.
- Ensure efficient and compliant operations across logistics sites, warehouses, headquarters, and office locations.
- Provide strategic leadership to the Technical Engineering function and align priorities with business needs.
- Manage and optimize multi-million-euro CAPEX and OPEX budgets, supplier performance, and long-term investment planning.
- Establish KPIs, reporting standards, and governance frameworks while partnering with Operations, Logistics, HR, Finance, and Executive Management.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in international Facility Management, ideally in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Strategic leadership experience across multiple international locations and large teams.
- Experience managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex supplier landscapes.
- Structured and strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable processes and governance.
- Willingness to travel regularly across European sites and be onsite in Sevenum.
- Fluent English required. German or Dutch is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.
- German or Dutch language skills.
