Assistant (Multiple Areas) (Regulatory and Administrative Support): Providing administrative, organisational and regulatory support for scientific, transparency, administrative and liaison activities at the European Medicines Agency with an accent on document quality, stakeholder coordination and process compliance. Focus on maintaining databases and tracking tools, developing standard operating procedures, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information accurately.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; relocation to the Netherlands is mandatory. The position is full-time on-site, while the selection process and assessments are conducted remotely.
Salary: €3,209.87 per month, including local weighting, plus applicable benefits, based on a 40-hour work week.

What you will do
- Provide administrative, organisational and logistical support for scientific, regulatory and procedural meetings.
- Prepare, format and publish high-quality documents using established templates and standards.
- Maintain files, databases, statistics, tracking tools, mailing lists and correspondence.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, work instructions, user manuals, guidance documents and templates.
- Monitor deadlines, address routine issues using sound judgement and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Improve processes and service quality for colleagues and stakeholders across the Agency.
Requirements
- Full rights as a citizen of an EU Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway.
- English at C1 level and satisfactory knowledge of another official EU language at B2 level.
- Post-secondary education, or secondary education providing access to post-secondary education, plus at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- At least three years of administrative experience in a structured environment with established procedures or comparable guidance.
- Experience with standard operating procedures, databases, data checking, basic reports, stakeholder communication and deadline monitoring.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms and document management systems, with strong accuracy, discretion and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in an EU regulatory body, public-sector organisation or multinational environment.
- Knowledge of the EU regulatory framework.
