Property Management Specialist

What you will do

• Contribute operational property management expertise to the continued development of digital property management solutions.
• Help improve automation, efficiency, and value across the property management value chain.
• Work with technical and refinement teams to translate real-life processes, challenges, and user needs into product improvements.
• Participate in customer meetings and build credibility through practical property management expertise.
• Support market dialogue, pre-sales activities, customer feedback, and business development.

Requirements

• Solid operational experience as a property manager across a property portfolio.
• Knowledge of Danish regulatory requirements, including cost control rent, free market rent, taxes, duties, rates, and operational budgets.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and mixed properties, including customer reporting requirements.
• Experience as a power user or super user of a property management software system.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
