Focus on designing complex enterprise frontend systems, integrating authentication-related capabilities, and maintaining performance and security across distributed applications.

🚀 Senior Frontend Engineer (React) — New Digital Channels

We're looking for an experienced frontend engineer to join a team delivering critical migration commitments within New Digital Channels (a banking/enterprise environment, including work touching the Authentication space). You'll need to be comfortable building scalable frontend architecture and working confidently inside complex enterprise systems.

Must have:
🔹 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
🔹 Expert-level React: Hooks, Context, state management
🔹 Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architectures: Module Federation, Webpack, Single-SPA
🔹 Experience with monorepo management and governance (Nx, Turborepo, Lerna, or pnpm workspaces)
🔹 Node.js as the primary server-side engine (Express/NestJS)
🔹 Solid TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)
🔹 Modern frontend tooling
🔹 CSS, SASS, CSS Modules

Nice to have:
✅ CI/CD pipelines
✅ Testing frameworks: Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright
✅ Git
✅ Backend integration: REST APIs, GraphQL
✅ Knowledge of accessibility standards
✅ Performance optimization experience
✅ Secure coding practices
✅ Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
✅ Experience in banking or enterprise environments; familiarity with OIDC/OAuth2, enterprise SSO

📍 Location: Lithuania / Estonia preferred, Latvia and other EU
🏠 Format: Remote, preferred time zone Vilnius/Tallinn
