Listeners QA Analyst Intern

Location: Paris, France; presence in Paris is mandatory. Hybrid remote work policy is offered.

What you will do

• Support the documentation, validation, and improvement of QA workflows.
• Review product specifications, user stories, and QA briefs for listener experiences.
• Execute and maintain manual tests across mobile, web, and backend platforms.
• Review the test book, identify coverage gaps, and create structured test cases.
• Analyze, reproduce, and document bugs with developers, Product Managers, and QA specialists.
• Participate in cross-functional quality discussions and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies and principles.
• Understanding of mobile, web, and backend testing workflows.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Availability for a 6-month internship based in Paris.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and teamwork.
• Interest in AI tools for testing.
• Familiarity with Jira and GitHub.
