RSA Presales Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; travel across Southeast Asia may be required.

What you will do

• Manage technical pre-sales engagements across Southeast Asia and the broader APJ region for direct customers and channel partners.
• Join sales calls and customer visits to gather requirements and explain RSA architecture, capabilities, and integrations.
• Build and deliver customized presentations, product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs, prepare functional requirements and specifications, and support statements of work.
• Own technical customer and partner relationships and coordinate solution evaluations.
• Use modern AI tools to create reusable demonstrations for sophisticated and non-standard use cases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional IT experience, including 4+ years in cybersecurity, ideally identity security.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management or governance solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of IAM protocols including SAML, OIDC, and FIDO, plus REST API and SCIM experience.
• Technical background in Linux, SQL, networking, and Oracle databases.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical proof-of-concepts, workshops, and interactive demonstrations.
• Fluent English is essential; willingness and ability to travel internationally within Southeast Asia is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, VMware, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with varying levels of functional and technical stakeholders at customer sites.
