HVM BL Project Lead (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead critical installation and field escalations, identify bottlenecks, and drive issue resolution within service-level agreements.
• Act as the primary contact for customer concerns and coordinate with Business Line, Development & Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Account teams, Planning & Delivery, and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
• Align factory and business-line priorities around output, quality, customer needs, and changing business conditions.
• Build cross-sector relationships, maintain reporting transparency, and drive escalations and root-cause actions through closure.
• Execute the PGP roadmap, secure resources, prepare long-term service-support capabilities, and represent the factory in product-team decisions.
• Lead short- and mid-term projects delivering cycle-time reductions, transportation-tool reuse savings, and other measurable efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• More than 8 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven project-management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, consultancy, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
• Business acumen with an understanding of business fundamentals, financials, and market drivers.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
