Client Experience Associate Penitas (Retail Banking)

Location: Penitas, Texas, United States; in-office role supporting multiple branches in the Upper Valley Region

What you will do

• Deliver customer service and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers about financial transaction options, banking products, technology, tools, and resources.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff.
• Conduct lobby engagement and proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and support customer loyalty.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, fraud detection and prevention, and managing multiple priorities.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.
• Must work in the office in Penitas, Texas, supporting branches in the Upper Valley Region.
