Vehicle Remarketing Administrator (Automotive)

Location: GB Bedford - Franklin Court; based at the Operation Centre in Sandy, Bedfordshire, supporting teams in Sandy and Bristol.

Salary: £27,976 per annum.

What you will do

• Liaise with external customers and their representatives.
• Handle incoming and outgoing queries and answer calls from internal and external clients.
• Run daily reports to support Vehicle Remarketing team activities.
• Distribute tasks and requests received through the team inbox.
• Complete accurate and timely data entry and administrative work.
• Suggest improvements to service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Basic understanding of financials.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and self-motivated approach.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the motor trade or insurance industry.
