Quality Engineering Lead (AI)

Salary: $121,792.21–$158,997.67 annually

What you will do

• Own QA delivery, quality outcomes, timelines, and release readiness for enterprise projects.
• Define technical testing strategies, scopes, priorities, execution plans, and quality standards.
• Guide offshore QA resources, monitor execution, identify risks and blockers, and drive issues to resolution.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for UI, API, integration, regression, backend, database, and end-to-end testing.
• Evaluate QA frameworks, tools, architectures, and technical challenges; run proofs of concept and recommend improvements.
• Build and evolve AI quality engineering capabilities, including AI-assisted test design, test generation, test data, defect analysis, regression optimization, and quality insights.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on expertise in technical testing, automation, API, integration, backend, database, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong performance engineering experience with workload modeling, scripting, execution, monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate technical risks, findings, recommendations, and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with business, technology, architecture, product, and program stakeholders.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and thought leadership across the QA organization.
